Today, Mark Harris is at the center of an election that just won't end in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District. The outcome remains up in the air pending an investigation into allegations of election fraud by an operative hired by the Harris campaign. It's the only remaining uncalled election of the 2018 midterms, but it's just the latest bump in a half decade of setbacks as Harris has had his eyes set on joining Congress.
