Wyoming Promise, a bipartisan grassroots group aimed at getting dark money out of politics, will offer a program in Gillette at 6:30 p.m. March 15 in the Wyoming Room of the Campbell County Public Library. Ken Chestek, a University of Wyoming law professor and co-founder and chairman of the group, said Wyoming Promise fears corporate and special interests have captured Congress and other legislative bodies through large campaign contributions and wants to do something about it.
